CompTIA A+ Certification
In the A+ Course, you will learn how to support, maintain, and troubleshoot both hardware and software. This course covers desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers. At the end of this course, students will be prepared to pass the A+ Certification Exams with some personal study.
CompTIA Network+ Certification
In this CompTIA Network+ Course, you will learn the principles and building-blocks for networking infrastructure. You will gain an introductory-level knowledge of complex topics including routing and switching protocols as well as the TCP/IP stack. This course serves as an excellent introduction to the Security+ Course.
CompTIA Security+ Certification
The CompTIA Security+ Certification course is built specifically to ensure you will get your certification at the end of the class. This global certification validates the skills you need to perform core security functions and pursue an IT security career. Even for those not interested in security, this certification is required at a lot of IT jobs.
Gold Standard
The three CompTIA courses and certifications we offer are the gold standard to starting your IT career. These certifications are recognized by most employers as the standard for IT knowledge.
Frequently Asked Questions
Certification vouchers are available to purchase for each two-month training module. Vouchers are good for one year. The Security+ and CEH exams may be taken at our Pearson Vue testing center. The CISSP exam must be taken at a separate CISSP testing center.
Yes – temporarily. Due to COVID-19 courses can be taken remotely through December 21, 2020. After this date, all courses must be taken at our training center in Meridian, Idaho. Many out-of-state Veterans move to Idaho during the training program. There are affordable housing solutions close to our training center.
Yes! LeapFox offers both internship and job placement assistance. Many of our students receive job offers before completing their training program.
Depending on eligibility, your benefits will pay for books, labs, and training. Please contact us or your VA Representative for more information.
Our school is considered full-time (18 hours/week) and eligible for MHA. Please contact your VA Education Advisor for details.
The Registration Process
Certificate of Eligibility
Visit va.gov and obtain an updated copy of your certificate of eligibility. Verify you have enough benefits to complete the desired program. You will need two months of benefits for each month of training at LeapFox. If you haven't applied yet for your VA benefits, you can do so on the eligibility page as well.
